Cixi Yidong Electronics Co., Ltd. Terms of Service
Cixi Yidong Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), established in 1999, is a professional manufacturer and exporter of electronic products. Operating in accordance with Incoterms® 2020, international trade rules, and relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, the Company provides import and export trade services, product manufacturing, and customization services. These Terms of Service are intended to govern all cooperative relationships between the Company and its clients (hereinafter collectively referred to as “You”), clarifying the rights, obligations, and applicable rules for both parties to ensure a standardized and smooth cooperative process.
The Company’s scope of services includes, but is not limited to: the R&D, manufacturing, and export of consumer electronics (such as timer sockets, leakage protection adapters, thermometers, etc.); OEM/ODM customization services; customs clearance; logistics arrangements; order processing; and after-sales support. All cooperative engagements must be based upon a trade contract signed by both parties; in the event of any inconsistency between the content of the trade contract and these Terms, the trade contract shall prevail.
You are required to ensure that all transaction activities are lawful and compliant with regulations, and to provide authentic and complete relevant documentation (including business qualification certificates, import/export licenses, etc.). You shall bear full responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of providing false information, violating regulations, or breaching contractual agreements.
Upholding a quality philosophy of “Quality First, Lean Innovation, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Satisfaction,” the Company strictly adheres to ISO 9001 quality management system standards and various international product safety regulations, striving to provide You with high-quality products and efficient services. In accordance with the provisions of its Privacy Policy, the Company shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding your trade secrets and personal information.
Neither party may unilaterally terminate the cooperative relationship without a valid reason. Any disputes arising from matters related to this cooperation shall first be resolved by both parties through friendly negotiation; should negotiation fail, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the People’s Court having jurisdiction over the Company’s domicile. The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms; any revisions shall be published on the Company’s official website.
