For the people saying they have problems with the feeder dispensing food, make sure both compartments are open, if one is closed and one open its only going to dispenser to one bowl or non if both are closed. Read the instructions. (The little buttons where it says push to remove the food container has those openings for food) the machine is not broken, the compartments have to be open!
Great product overall, no connectivity issues. Easy to assemble and clean. Sometimes the things closes and it doesn’t let the food out or only feeds one if you have the doble feeder

We’ve been using this outside for our barn cats for a year and a half now with it only getting an error twice and not functioning. We have it under a shed, but not temp controlled and it has held up better than expected! As other reviews say, if you let it run completely out, you have to push the feed button a few times when you refill to get kibble back in the rotator, otherwise you’ll have some lag time in feeds. Zero complaints!
